Kultura Press- dedicated to Open Access Publishing

William Mulder is a researcher and writer with Dutch ancestry brought up in Chelsea. For many years he has been investigating the history of the area and is now bringing to life the characters and the world he knows so well through fiction.

The project is dedicated to being Open Source which means free access online for reading and appreciation.

Kultura Press will be publishing the new writing by William Mulder on open access online and then in published book form.

The planned volumes are:

Chelsea Short Stories
